Shipping & Returns


We currently only ship to the United States.

Rates are calculated in real-time at checkout based on the shipping method selected: 

  • United States Postal Service Ground Advantage
  • FedEx Ground Home Delivery
  • FedEx 2Day



In-Store Pick Up is available 7 days a week. Sunday-Friday from10am-6pm and Saturdays from 9am-7pm. Select the "In-Store Pick Up" option at checkout.

  • You will be notified via email within 1-2 business days that your order is ready to be picked up. 
  • Once notified you will have 5 business days to pick up your order. After 5 business days, the order will be canceled, and you will be automatically refunded. 
  • Upon arrival, you will enter the museum through the lobby entrance and inform a representative from Guest Services that you are visiting the retail store to pick up an order. 
  • Items will be available for pick up at the retail store cash desk.  


You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs related to sending any returned items back. We'll will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
